Brief Description

As a result of the work developed over the last 17 years, either with companies or with people, ZONAVERDE has decided to create a new recruitment service directed to the various functions within the hospitality, particularly cruise vessels.

This project arises due to the strong experience and excellent connection that ZONAVERDE has to people who usually seek professional training in order to prepare themselves for the job market as well as the strong knowledge and experience that some of our collaborators and consultants have on the hospitality and cruise industry.

And because we deal with thousands of people with higher education, with a great capacity for adaptation, who speak and dominate the English language and are willing to face new challenges in the global market. We do not intend to be a mere recruitment agency, but provide to our clients/partners the appropriate candidates to the functions to be performed, previously prepared with the job related training (following the hiring company specifications) as well as the already mandatory requirements (languages, HACCP/USPH, STCW, Basic Safety, Life on Board) so that they can quickly adapt to their new role.

Our team is composed by qualified professionals in the areas of training and recruitment, with more than 10 years of experience.

Within the team we have collaborators with extensive experience in the areas of Hospitality and cruise Industry.

Our main collaborator has more than 20 years of progressive experience in 4 , 5 , and 6 stars cruise lines, leading different sectors within the hotel department (F&B departments , Housekeeping, Administration and Entertainment), spending the past five years as overall responsible for the onboard Hotel Operation.
